Bestowal dialogue ‘The kites are a delightful addition to the Festival, but there have been a number of incidents of crashes. It seems that folks aren't terribly deft at kite-flying in these parts. ‘Would you be so good as to search Hobbiton for crashed kites and return them.’ Background Many kites have crash-landed all over Hobbiton, and must be picked up. NOTE: This quest will be removed from your quest log when the current festival ends. Objective 1 Recover crashed kites (0/6) Crashed kites can be found throughout Hobbiton. You should collect the crashed kites so that other festival patrons may enjoy them. Recovered a crashed kite (6/6) Objective 2 Bring the crashed kites to Lila Roper. Lila Roper can be found at the party tree in Hobbiton. You should bring Lila Roper the crashed kites. Lila Roper: 'Thank you! It would have been such a shame if these went missing. Now more patrons can enjoy them during the Lithe Days!'
